- Each of our products is lovingly handcrafted, aiming to match the pictures, but hey, handmade means a touch of uniqueness!
- Once your order jets off to you, it's like sending a message in a bottle – can't be undone! NO REFUNDS, but fret not, we're here to help.
FOR EXCHANGE OR REPLACEMENT YOU WILL HAVE TO BEAR THE SHIPPING COST WHICH WILL BE CALCULATED AS PER THE WEIGHT AND SIZE OF THE PACKAGE.
For Accessories:
- No returns ONLY exchanges, except if your item arrives DAMAGED or not what you ordered.
- Shoot us a message within TWO workdays via Email or Instagram with the evidence (yes, an unboxing video is mandatory 📹).
- We'll EXCHANGE it out for you, no cash refunds.
For Apparels:
- Sorry, no returns or exchanges, but worry not! Measure twice, order once – that's our motto!

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
