The neckpiece is perfection. Just like I saw on the website and fell in love with it!..The earpiece is a bit longer than i anticipated, also a bit too heavy. The fact that it reaches down to my shoulders stops it from getting a full 5 stars .
Return / Refund/ Cancellation Policy
Returns/ Cancellations
- Our policy lasts 24 hours (1 day) for any type of return or cancellation.
- If 24 hours have gone by since your product delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or refund.
- Replacements will be offered, free of cost only till 48 hours (2 days) have gone by since your product delivery.
- For return under any circumstances, the below mentioned charges will be adjusted from the refund amount.
- For a COD return, a charge of Rs.150 (shipping + COD charges) will be applicable and it will be adjusted in the refund amount.
- For a Prepaid return, a charge of Rs. 100 (shipping charges) will be applicable and it will be adjusted in the refund amount.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Return shipping courier partner will be arranged by company.
Non-returnable items:
- Items purchased under any discount;
- Items worth less than Rs.500;
- Combo items;
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 48 hours (2 days)
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@khoj.city
- For other exception reasons, a charge of Rs. 100 (shipping charges) will be applicable and you will need to pay to process the replacement. Not applicable for order value below Rs. 500
