POP UP: Kamla Nehru College By Harleen Kaur
On September 24th, we put up our first every pop-up at Kamla Nehru College's NSS Day Fest. A very special moment for everyone in the Khoj family, all of us made sure to be present early to set up our first ever stall. When we finished setting up, adorned with the colors of Khoj, our stall was an exciting and extremely attractive sight.
The excitement and love we received from the students at KNC was beyond our imagination. Along with Hand-painted Jewellery from Lolkata, Ceramic Essentials from Khurja and our own handcrafted charm earrings were a huge hit among the students of Kamla Nehru College.
During an interactive session, we asked the students to write down their favorite things about the cities they are from so that when we are in their Shehar (City), we get to explore what's special for them! The Girls we more than willing to talk to us and obsess over their hometowns! Just like friends, we discussed their favorite eateries and monuments. In the future, we hope to hold many more pop-ups and interact with people with a passion for art and their cities!
